Questions agencies ask.
What happens to hours I don’t use?
Pack hours are valid for 90 days from purchase. On a monthly plan, unused hours carry over for one month. If you’re about to lose hours, I’ll remind you in time.
How quickly can you start testing?
With two working days’ notice, testing starts on the agreed day. Urgent same-day testing is possible when I have capacity. Critical bugs are reported the moment I find them.
Can we use one pack across several clients?
Yes. That’s the point. Each task is logged with its project, so you can see and pass on the cost per client.
Do you write automated tests?
No, I focus on manual, exploratory and API testing, plus test design. The test cases I write are a good starting point if you add automation later.
