A new website or web app
Before the client sees it, or before the first real customers arrive.
A fixed-price manual test of your website or web app before a launch, redesign, migration or big release. Real browsers, real phones, clear bug reports and one retest.
From €590. Results within 3 working days.
When it helps
Launches, redesigns and migrations break things in places nobody looks: an email that no longer arrives, a button hidden on one phone, a discount code that works twice.
A Launch Check spends a focused day or two on the journeys that matter most, so you go live knowing what works and what doesn’t.
Before the client sees it, or before the first real customers arrive.
New theme, new platform, new hosting. The old journeys have to keep working.
New checkout, payments, sign-up or pricing. The changes customers notice first.
Three sizes
A fixed price and a fixed delivery date, with the scope agreed in writing before testing starts. The report and the retest are included, however long they take.
€590/ fixed price
Results within 3 working days
For business websites, landing pages, small shops and simple web apps.
€990/ fixed price
Results within 5 working days
For web apps, SaaS products and online shops with accounts, roles or payments.
Quote/ agreed scope
Timeline agreed with you
For larger platforms, several releases at once, or strict requirements like finance and compliance.
Not sure which one fits? Send the link and I’ll recommend a size. Testing regularly? QA hour packs work out cheaper per hour.
Prices in EUR, excluding VAT. Half on booking, half on delivery. The three or five working days start once I have access and test accounts.
How it runs
You’ll know exactly what gets tested before the first click.
Day 0 · Scope
We pick the journeys, browsers and phones together. You send staging access and test accounts.
Days 1–2 · Test
Critical bugs reach you the same day. Everything else goes into your tracker with steps, evidence and priority.
Day 3 · Summary
What passed, what failed, what wasn’t covered and what I’d fix first. When your fixes are ready, I retest them.
Clear scope
Included
The agreed journeys, their edge cases and error states: wrong data, empty fields, back button, refresh, double clicks, slow connections.
Included
Cross-browser and real-phone checks, forms and emails, broken links, typos and missing translations along the tested journeys.
You provide
A staging URL or safe production access, test accounts for each role, and test payment details if checkout is in scope.
Not included
Performance and penetration testing, a full WCAG accessibility audit, automation and fixing the bugs. Ask if you need any of these.
One thing a user sets out to do, from start to finish: sign up, reset a password, send an enquiry, buy a product as a guest. We agree the list together before testing starts.
Then the Launch Check did its job. You get all of them, prioritised by user impact, with the critical ones first so your team knows where to start.
If there’s no staging, yes, carefully. We agree beforehand which actions are safe, for example no real payments and no emails to real customers.
Tell me as soon as you know. We’ll move the testing window; if the date moves by more than a month, we re-agree the scope.
Send the link and the date. I’ll confirm the scope, price and delivery day within one working day.
