Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or contact TestComfy, why we collect it and what rights you have.

1. Controller

The controller of your personal data is Esumo sp. z o.o., Gałczyńskiego 14, 05-091 Ząbki, VAT ID PL1251686662. For any privacy question, write to malwina@testcomfy.com.

2. What we collect and why

  • Contact form. Your name, email, company or agency, the link to the website or app, your release date and the details you write in the form — to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, prepare a testing scope and price. Submissions are stored on this website and sent to us by email. Legal basis: steps at your request before a contract and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
  • Communication. Emails you exchange with us, to answer questions, provide the agreed service and keep a record of agreed work (contract and legitimate interest).
  • Client work. If we work together, the contact and billing details needed to provide the service and issue invoices. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations such as tax and accounting rules (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
  • Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to understand how the website is used. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data; statistics are aggregated. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Video. If the short video on our homepage is streamed by Bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia, EU), it loads only after you press play. Bunny processes your IP address and technical data needed to deliver the video; we do not use it to track you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running (legitimate interest).

3. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Cookies are set only if you log in to the site’s administration. Your browser may remember small interface choices in local storage; they contain no personal data.

4. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the website and the service, under data processing agreements where required: our hosting provider, our email and invoicing providers, Bunny.net (video delivery, EU, if used) and Plausible Analytics (hosted in the EU). We may disclose data where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on safeguards recognised under the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

  • Contact enquiries that do not lead to working together — up to 12 months after our last exchange.
  • Client communication and records of agreed work — for the duration of the cooperation, and afterwards for as long as needed to resolve any claims.
  • Invoices and accounting records — for the period required by tax law, generally five years from the end of the year in which the tax obligation arose.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise your rights, write to malwina@testcomfy.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

7. Data in the systems we test

When we test your website or application, we may see personal data of your customers or users stored in it, for example on a staging copy of production. In that role we act as your processor, only on your instructions and only for the agreed testing, and we will sign a data processing agreement on request. We prefer test accounts and test data, do not copy personal data into bug reports or recordings, and delete access details and test data we received once the work is finished.

8. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the date of the latest version below.
